RETURN POLICY All returns for credit must be returned within 30 days of purchase, and may be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee or up to full purchase price will be charged if damage to the product and/or packaging make your return not possible for re-sale. Shipping Charges are NON-REFUNDABLE including all Free Shipping. Free Shipping is defined as all shipping costs pre-paid by SolarWorld and not added to the customer invoice. For example: When SolarWorld paid for your free shipping - upon the return of the product the customer will
be charged back the full amount of the shipping originally paid

We provide a limited warranty on each SolarWorld product for a period of 120 days from date of purchase. This warranty covers material and workmanship. Products damaged due to misuse are not covered by the warranty. - All shipments are made by UPS Ground with the charges automatically included in your shopping cart under Shipping & Handling. This charge also covers insurance. Most items ship within 1-2 working days. Allow additional 4 work days (average) for UPS delivery.
For special delivery and expedites, please call or Email us with your request when you order and we will promptly reply with any additional shipping or handling charges.
